The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is an innovative solution designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, even 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring low tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement simplifies maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, it ensures consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
