The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, even 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while increasing blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installations, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. The SAF2™ is available with a choice of mainframe options like paint or stainless steel, and blade options include Tungsten Carbide and Urethane. It also includes a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency.
