The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, even under challenging conditions. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, leading to extended blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the simple, no-tool blade replacement process ensures easy maintenance. Available with options like Tungsten Carbide or Urethane blades and either hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, these cleaners provide consistent cleaning efficiency irrespective of blade wear.
