The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for any conveyor type, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, these cleaners maintain optimal cleaning efficiency over time.
