The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaners are engineered to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. With a low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all conveyor types, even 'worst-case' belts. Featuring 3' wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, they reduce the risk of belt damage and enhance blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. The option for a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, coupled with a simple-to-adjust lock pin, maintains optimal cleaning efficiency throughout the blade's lifespan.
