The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaners are essential belt conveyor components designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts or splices. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these secondary cleaners are suitable for various conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3' wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade lifespan. With a compact clamp-mount design and simple no-tool blade replacement, installation and maintenance are hassle-free. The SAF2™ incorporates a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner with an easy-to-adjust lock pin for consistent cleaning efficiency.
