The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaners are designed to effectively remove carryback from conveyor belts without causing any damage to the belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized while increasing blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with a choice of a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, these cleaners maintain optimal blade-to-belt pressure to ensure consistent cleaning efficiency, regardless of blade wear.
