The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is a high-performance cleaning system designed to remove carryback efficiently without causing any damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the SAF2™ maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
