Its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures effective cleaning for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, this cleaner reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers versatile installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature simplifies maintenance. Equipped with choices of tungsten carbide or urethane blades and available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, this system ensures optimal cleaning efficiency even with blade wear.
