The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is a top-of-the-line conveyor belt cleaning system designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures effective cleaning for any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belt scenarios. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ guarantees consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
