The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is engineered for optimal belt cleaning efficiency without causing damage. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, it effectively removes carryback on conveyor belts up to 96" wide and operating at speeds of up to 800 FPM. The compact clamp-mount design offers easy installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures minimal downtime. The SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is equipped with 26 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life, resulting in lower maintenance costs and increased operational efficiency.
