The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the simple no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, ensuring consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
