The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback from belts ranging from 18" to 96" in width, at speeds up to 800 FPM. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner ensures thorough cleaning without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. The SAF2™ is available with paint or 316 SS mainframes, with a tensioner included for optimal cleaning efficiency.
