The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner offers advanced carryback removal for belts ranging from 18" to 96" wide, with a maximum speed of 800 FPM. Featuring a unique 'deflected blade' design, it ensures efficient cleaning without belt, splice, or edge damage. With 3" wide blades requiring low tensioning pressure, it minimizes belt damage while extending blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for easy installation and blade replacement, promoting operational flexibility. Available with options like tungsten carbide or urethane blades and hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, this cleaner maintains optimal cleaning efficiency even with blade wear.
