The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the conveyor belt, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for any conveyor, even in 'worst-case' scenarios. The 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the simple, no-tool blade replacement feature enhances maintenance efficiency. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, these cleaners ensure consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
