The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide blades require low tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and prolonging blade life. With a compact clamp-mount design and no-tool blade replacement, installation and maintenance are hassle-free. Choose from blade options like Tungsten Carbide or Urethane, with the option for no blades, and enjoy reliable cleaning efficiency at belt speeds up to 800 FPM.
