Its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures optimal cleaning performance on any conveyor, including challenging 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, this cleaner reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The compact clamp-mount design enables flexible installation, while the no-tool blade replacement feature simplifies maintenance. Available with options like Tungsten Carbide or Urethane blades and a choice between hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, this cleaner guarantees efficient and long-lasting performance.
