Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, leading to extended blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers versatile installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement ensures hassle-free maintenance. Equipped with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner with a simple-to-adjust lock pin, this cleaner maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
