The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is a premium belt cleaning system designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for use on any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. With a compact clamp-mount design and simple, no-tool blade replacement, the SAF2™ offers flexible installation and maintenance options. Choose between a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency and easy adjustment.
