The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner with Tungsten Carbide Blades is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts or splices. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement simplifies maintenance. Choose from a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner for optimal blade-to-belt pressure and cleaning efficiency.
