The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to the belt or splices. Featuring Tungsten Carbide blades and a stainless steel mainframe, this cleaner is suitable for belts ranging from 18" to 96" in width and belt speeds up to 800 FPM. Its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures efficient cleaning on any conveyor, even in 'worst-case' scenarios. With 26 3" wide blades requiring low tensioning pressure, the MARTIN® SAF2™ Cleaner extends blade life while minimizing the risk of belt damage. The clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and blade replacement is hassle-free with a no-tool design.
