The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Cleaners with Urethane Blades are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized while increasing blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options and simple, no-tool blade replacement, enhancing maintenance efficiency. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, these cleaners ensure consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
