The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner with Urethane blades is designed to efficiently remove carryback from belts ranging between 18" to 96" in width, with a maximum belt speed of 800 FPM. Its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures thorough cleaning without damaging belts, splices, or the cleaning edge. With 28 3-inch wide Urethane blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, this cleaner reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible and easy installation, while the hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
