The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is engineered to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is compatible with all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 26 urethane blades measuring 3" wide, it requires minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, while the blade replacement is tool-free and hassle-free. Available with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures continuous cleaning efficiency with easy adjustability.
