The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Cleaner is designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and maximal belt speeds up to 800 FPM. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, it effectively removes carryback without causing damage to belt surfaces or splices. The urethane blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and prolonging blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Additionally, the 316 SS Tensioner with a simple-to-adjust lock pin helps maintain optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
