The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to the belt or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, even 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and increasing blade longevity. With a compact clamp-mount design and no-tool blade replacement, installation and maintenance are hassle-free. The SAF2™ is available with hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner options, ensuring optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
