The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaner is engineered to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. It is available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, providing adjustable blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
