The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is ideal for use on any conveyor, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide blades require low tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. Its compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures convenient maintenance. Available with different mainframe and blade options, including tungsten carbide and urethane, the SAF2™ cleaner is a reliable solution that ensures effective belt cleaning.
