The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt or cleaning edge. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. Featuring 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. This cleaner comes with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, which maintains the necessary blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning efficiency.
