The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaner is designed for efficient carryback removal without causing damage to belt surfaces, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, it is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, this cleaner reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. Its compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Equipped with either a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency throughout its lifespan.
