The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaner is a high-performance cleaning system designed for belt widths ranging from 24 inches to 96 inches. With its innovative 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner effectively removes carryback without causing damage to belt surfaces, splices, or cleaning edges. The 3-inch wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade lifespan. The clamp-mount design enables flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. The SAF2™ is available with a choice of paint or 316 stainless steel mainframe options, and blade options include Tungsten Carbide, Urethane, or No Blades.
