The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for any conveyor, even in 'worst-case' scenarios. With 3' wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and prolongs blade life. The compact clamp-mount design with a simple, no-tool blade replacement system offers flexible installation options. The SAF2™ is available with either hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, ensuring consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
