The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaners are designed for belt widths ranging from 18" to 96" and a max belt speed of 800 FPM. With blade options including Tungsten Carbide and Urethane, these cleaners effectively remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. The unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design ensures optimal cleaning even on 'worst-case' belts. Featuring a compact clamp-mount design for flexible installation and a simple, no-tool blade replacement system, the SAF2™ cleaners offer enhanced efficiency and longevity. The inclusion of a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner with lock pin adjustment maintains consistent blade-to-belt pressure for continued cleaning effectiveness.
