The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaner is engineered to efficiently remove carryback without causing any damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3' wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while increasing blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design allows for versatile installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. The SAF2™ cleaner is available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, maintaining optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
