The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced, extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. Available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ maintains optimal cleaning efficiency throughout its lifespan.
