The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, even 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage while prolonging blade life. With a compact clamp-mount design and simple, no-tool blade replacement, installation and maintenance are hassle-free. The cleaners come with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, ensuring consistent cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
