The MARTIN® SAF2™ Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaner is a high-performance solution designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while increasing blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the simple, no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, this cleaner maintains optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
