The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Conveyor Belt Cleaners are designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is minimized, increasing blade longevity. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Available with a choice of hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, these cleaners maintain optimal cleaning efficiency regardless of blade wear.
