Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these cleaners are suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belt scenarios. With 3" wide blades requiring minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while blade longevity is increased. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexibility in installation, and the no-tool blade replacement makes maintenance hassle-free. Choose from options like Tungsten Carbide or Urethane blades, with tensioner choices including hot rolled steel or 316 SS for optimal cleaning efficiency under varying blade wear conditions.
