The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Secondary Conveyor Cleaners are expertly designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts, splices, or cleaning edges. Utilizing a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, these secondary cleaners are suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, the risk of belt damage is reduced while increasing blade lifespan. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, and the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. The SAF2™ cleaners come with hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner options, providing the necessary blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning efficiency.
