The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback from belts without causing damage. With its unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide Tungsten Carbide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and prolonging blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for easy installation and the simple blade replacement system eliminates the need for tools. It features a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner that maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency over time.
