With 8 3" wide tungsten carbide blades, it operates at low tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. The hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner with a simple lock pin adjustment maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
