The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 26 blades measuring 3 inches wide, it operates at low tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement feature ensures easy maintenance. The cleaner is available with a hot rolled or 316 SS Tensioner, which maintains blade-to-belt pressure for optimal cleaning efficiency.
