Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is ideal for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 28 3-inch tungsten carbide blades that require minimal tensioning pressure, it reduces the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. The cleaner is available with either a hot rolled or 316 stainless steel tensioner, offering a simple-to-adjust lock pin for maintaining optimal blade-to-belt pressure and cleaning efficiency.
