The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback from conveyor belts without causing damage. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3' wide blades that require low tensioning pressure, it minimizes the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement simplifies maintenance. The SAF2™ cleaner is available with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner for optimal cleaning efficiency.
