The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to belts or cleaning edges. With a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for all conveyor types, including 'worst-case' belts. The 3" wide tungsten carbide blades require minimal tensioning pressure, reducing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement ensures easy maintenance. Equipped with a 316 SS Tensioner and a simple-to-adjust lock pin mechanism, this cleaner maintains optimal cleaning efficiency throughout its lifespan.
