The MARTIN® SAF2⢠Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback without causing damage to belt, splices, or cleaning edges. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this secondary cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 30 blades measuring 3" wide, it minimizes belt damage and extends blade life by requiring low tensioning pressure. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement system ensures easy maintenance. Additionally, the 316 SS Tensioner, available with a lock pin for adjustments, maintains optimal blade-to-belt pressure for consistent cleaning efficiency.
