The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is designed to effectively remove carryback on conveyor belts without causing damage. Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 3" wide tungsten carbide blades that require low tensioning pressure, it minimizes the risk of belt damage and extends blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for flexible installation, while the simple blade replacement system ensures maintenance is hassle-free. Equipped with a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner, the MARTIN® SAF2™ ensures consistent cleaning efficiency with adjustable lock pins to maintain optimal blade-to-belt pressure.
