The MARTIN® SAF2™ Tungsten Carbide Secondary Cleaner is designed to efficiently remove carryback without causing damage to the belt, splices, or cleaning edge. With its innovative low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, even those with challenging belts. The 3" wide tungsten carbide blades reduce belt tensioning pressure, minimizing the risk of belt damage and extending blade life. The compact clamp-mount design allows for easy installation and blade replacement without the need for tools, ensuring optimal cleaning efficiency. Additionally, it features a hot rolled or 316 SS tensioner with a simple lock pin adjustment to maintain consistent blade-to-belt pressure.
