Featuring a unique low-pressure 'deflected blade' design, this cleaner is suitable for all types of conveyors, including 'worst-case' belts. With 6 durable 18" Tungsten Carbide blades requiring low tensioning pressure, it minimizes the risk of belt damage and ensures extended blade life. The compact clamp-mount design offers flexible installation options, while the no-tool blade replacement simplifies maintenance. The unit includes a 316 SS Tensioner with a simple-to-adjust lock pin for consistent blade-to-belt pressure, maintaining cleaning efficiency even with blade wear.
